Job Description

The Role

As a Contracts Administrator (non-projects), you'll manage contractor systems, ensure compliance with legal and business requirements, and support vendor relations for field services. You'll focus on maintaining data accuracy, streamlining communication, and aligning processes with company goals to keep Australia's EV transition running smoothly.

 

What You'll Do

  • Contractor Management System - Oversee the contractor management portal in Salesforce, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across the systems.
  • Compliance & Legal - Monitor contractor compliance with legal and company requirements, collaborating with Legal and Workplace Health and Safety teams where necessary. 
  • Communication & Engagement - Ability to manage and distribute targeted conversations with contractors to resolve issues and escalate inquiries ensuring clear concise communications. 
  • Vendor Management - Screen, onboard, and induct contractors efficiently, and conduct site inspections and WHS checks prior to work commencing.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and contractor management tools
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to review contracts, analyse data, and recommend process improvements. 
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for supplier engagement and issue resolution.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with Legal, WHS, other internal teams, and external contractors to align to contract requirements.
