    • The be eligble for the incentive program, the below terms and conditions must be met:
      1. The incentive is only eligible if the Dealer has submitted the customer referral through this JET Charge online enquiry form;
      2. All sections of this online enquiry form must be completed so that the referral can be tracked;
      3. The incentive is only payable on completion of installation and final payment from the customer; and
      4. For tax purposes, an invoice will be requested from the dealer so that JET Charge can pay the incentive
