Charging Options
The EQC is capable of charging at any Type 2 public or home charging station in New Zealand, or using any New Zealand GPO with a portable charger.
Using a portable charger is a great solution for emergencies or top-ups, but the low amperage of standard power outlets means a full charge will be difficult on most stops. JET Charge recommends installing a dedicated home charging station for fast and convenient charging in the long term.
The EQC is also fast-charge capable up to 110 kW DC, with a CCS port for easy use across New Zealand’s growing fast-charge network.
